I'm Lynne Rowe, owner of Tortillería Pachanga, a fresh corn tortillería right here in the beautiful state of Maine.

Why open a tortillería?

Many years of teaching Spanish and working and traveling in Mexico have given me a deep appreciation for the tortilla and the corn from which it is made. I wanted to bring fresh, delicious, nutritious corn tortillas made with locally-grown organic and heritage corn to Maine.

What is “pachanga”?

Pachanga, in Mexico, means "party, wing ding, bash". It is when friends and family come together and enjoy life- accompanied by delicious, tasty, lovingly-prepared food, drink, music, and lots of laughter. It is in this spirit that we prepare and offer our tortillas.
